I guess maybe it's okay if people find out how I feel, like, the liking everybody thing, since the people I've told all seem okay with it, even the ones who don't get it. But I didn't tell anyone about you until Neechan already figured me out and I kinda panicked.

[That's a yes. One flying bus ride later, Rinku is at Amy's apartment, having changed out of her party dress into something more practical, at least without the roller skates. She knocks and hums while she waits.]

[And once Rinku knocked, Amy would be there to open the door and let her in.]

Glad you could make it!

[Rinku waves and smiles. She comes in and takes her shoes off, then walks into the living room, trying very hard not to think about what went on the last time they were in there.]

Hi, Amy-chan! Thanks a lot. There's kinda been a lot going on, and I bet it's the same for you too, huh?

[A lot happened last time, but hopefully things might be different.

Phew... I was kinda worried because that stuff's happened to a lot of people.

[She sighs and looks over at Amy.]

[And Amy walked over to hug Rinku.]

I wanted to make sure you were okay. You’re my friend and I love you very much, so I wanted to know everything’s fine.

[Rinku bends down to hug her back tightly.]

Okay. ...I guess some things aren't, but I'm really doing my best. I'm trying to help some people deal with stuff like finding curses and figuring out how to undo them! ...Wait, that was supposed to be a secret, huh...

I won’t tell a soul. Promise. Wanna tell me more about it?

[Rinku thinks. She sits down on Amy's couch and hums.]

I guess it started a couple months ago for other people. It turns out there's some guys who hate us or something -- people from other worlds in general -- and they're putting curses on things to use them on us, and maybe other stuff. I figured out I could use the Summer skill for diagnosing people's sickness to find curses, and when I told MK-san last month, he asked if I could help. He also said don't tell anyone, but I kinda forgot about that part after a few weeks.

People who hate otherworlders? I wonder if this has to do with what happened to Eva…

[She sat down beside Rinku.]

But, I’m glad you and MK are doing something about it.

Yeah! You saw that? I'm trying to find the same curse that got her to see if I can fix it!

[And we all know how that's going to go. Could be worse.]

My last roommate went to potion school, so -- that's right, you go there too, right?

Mmm! I do! Maybe I can help out in someway!

I'll definitely ask if I get stuck! Did you ever study ways to counter things with that? Like what stuff goes in resistance charms?

A little bit - a few things seem to work, but I need to really dig in to figure it out.

[Rinku blushes a little and giggles. She throws her arms around Amy -- easier now with them both sitting -- and hugs tightly. Within seconds she's grown ossicones and a tail and changed her ears. Pettable Mode always makes things better.]
